Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Istanbul

• Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, a Flying Carpet Tours representative will greet you with a sign displaying your name. Transfer to your hotel, relax, and recover from your journey. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 02: Istanbul City Tour – Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque & Topkapi Palace

• Enjoy breakfast at your hotel, then start your guided tour of Istanbul. Visit the iconic Hagia Sophia, originally a church, later converted into a mosque, now a museum. Explore the Blue Mosque, famous for its six minarets and stunning architecture viewed best from the Hippodrome. Continue to Topkapi Palace, a large museum featuring exhibition halls, the Treasury, and the Harem. End your day at the Grand Bazaar, one of the largest and oldest covered markets in the world. Transfer back to your hotel for overnight stay in Istanbul.

Day 03: Spice Bazaar, Bosphorus Cruise & Camlica Hill

• After breakfast, explore the Spice Bazaar, a vibrant market with a variety of local goods. Take a Bosphorus Cruise, crossing the strait linking Europe and Asia. In the afternoon, visit Camlica Hill for panoramic views of Istanbul, the Princes’ Islands, and the Sea of Marmara. End your day at Beylerbeyi Palace, a historic Ottoman summer residence. Return to your hotel for overnight in Istanbul.

Day 04: Istanbul to Cappadocia via Ankara – Atatürk Mausoleum & Hittite Museum

Day 06: Cappadocia to Pamukkale via Konya – Sultanhan & Mevlana Museum

Day 07: Pamukkale & Ephesus Tour – Hierapolis, House of Virgin Mary & Ephesus
