Day 1: Welcome to Cairo!

  • Welcome to Cairo! Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport, a friendly representative from Flying Carpet Tours will warmly greet you with a personalized sign. You'll be escorted in an air-conditioned vehicle to your hotel. While checking in and enjoying a welcome drink, your representative will review the agreed itinerary and share optional activities you can explore during your stay in Cairo. Take the rest of the day to relax and recharge for the exciting adventure ahead.

Day 2: Cairo Highlights, Giza Pyramids & The Grand Egyptian Museum

  • Start your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel, then embark on a captivating journey to the iconic Pyramids of Giza. Visit the majestic Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus, and enjoy a panoramic view of all three pyramids—perfect for photos. Explore the enigmatic Sphinx and the nearby Valley Temple, where ancient secrets await.
  • Afterward, enjoy a relaxing lunch at a local restaurant before heading to the Egyptian Museum to marvel at the treasures of King Tutankhamun and other ancient wonders.   • Begin your day with a delightful breakfast at the hotel, then a representative from Flying Carpet Tours will guide you to Cairo’s domestic airport for your flight to Abu Simbel. Upon arrival, you'll be transferred to the serene Lake Nasser Cruise.
  • As you sail toward the legendary Abu Simbel temples, feel the awe of standing before these monumental structures, marveling at their grandeur and rich history. Afterward, enjoy a delicious lunch aboard the cruise, surrounded by breathtaking views.

Day 04: Sailing Through the Heart of Lake Nasser

  • Start your day with a flavorful breakfast on board, then let your spirit soar as you sail towards Kasr Ibrim. Enjoy the captivating view of the historic site from the sun deck, as entry inside Kasr Ibrim is not permitted. Afterward, indulge in a delicious lunch on board as you continue your journey.
    Sail towards Amada, where you’ll explore the ancient Amada Temples and the Temple of Derr. Discover the fascinating tomb of Penout, a true testament to Egypt's rich history.
  • In the afternoon, continue your journey to Wadi El Seboua, where you can marvel at the incredible ancient wonders of this area. Enjoy a delightful dinner on board as you sail through this timeless landscape, before settling in for an overnight stay aboard the cruise.

Day 5: Uncovering the Gems of Lake Nasser

  • Start your day with a delicious breakfast on board, then set off to explore the remarkable Wadi El Seboua. Continue your journey to the beautiful temples of Dakka and Meharakka, where you’ll be captivated by their intricate architecture and rich history.
  • Afterward, enjoy a delightful lunch on board as you sail towards Aswan, passing by stunning landscapes and historical sites along the way. As you approach this vibrant city, be prepared to discover more awe-inspiring treasures.
  • End your day with a relaxing dinner on board, surrounded by the tranquil beauty of the Nile, and enjoy an overnight stay as you continue your journey through Egypt’s timeless wonders.

Day 6: Nile Cruise Exploration – High Dam & Philae Temple

  • After breakfast on board, explore the Kalabsha Temple, Beit El Wali, and the Kiosk of Kertassi, each offering a glimpse into Egypt’s ancient grandeur. Then, travel comfortably by air-conditioned vehicle to Aswan and embark on your Nile cruise.
  • Visit the impressive High Dam, a modern marvel. Finish your day at the stunning Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis.
  • Enjoy lunch on board as you sail, then relax with a delicious dinner and overnight stay, surrounded by the beauty of the Nile.

Day 7: Nile Cruise Expedition – Aswan – Kom Ombo Temple

  • Optional tour to visit Abu Simbel Temples. We will start early this day by 04:00 Am to drive to Abu Simbel (Approx. 03:30 hrs. driving), arrive and visit the Two Temples; the big one was for the King Ramses II, and the small one is for his wife Nefertari, after that we will back to Aswan, while having lunch on board, the Nile Cruise will start sailing towards Kom Ombo, reach Kom Ombo town, and walk to visit Kom Ombo Temple which was dedicated to Two Gods (Sobek & Haroeris), back to the cruise, and continue sailing to Edfu, dinner on board, and overnight in Edfu

Day 8: Nile Cruise Odyssey – Edfu Temple – Karnak Temple – Luxor Temple

  • Breakfast on board, we will start the day by visiting Edfu Temple by Horse Carriage, which was dedicated to the god Horus, and then we will back to the Cruise, and start sailing to Luxor, lunch on board during sailing, arrive in Luxor, and visit the magnificent Temples of Karnak & Luxor which is located at the East Bank of the Nile River in Luxor, back to the Cruise, dinner on board and overnight in Luxor.

Day 9: Valley of the Kings’ – Hatshepsut Temple – Colossi of Memnon

  • Breakfast on board, disembark from the Nile Cruise, and start by visiting the Valley of the Kings’ where we will visit 3 of the most reserved royal tombs (not including entry to Tutankhamun, Seti I, and Ramses V & Ramses VI), after that we will visit the funerary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut which was built inside the mountain, later we will visit the Huge Statues of King Amenemhat III which called the Colossi of Memnon.
  • After your temple visits, your Flying Carpet Tours representative will accompany you to Luxor Airport for your flight back to Cairo. Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to your hotel for a restful overnight stay. Cherish your final night of the unforgettable Cairo, Nile, and Lake Nasser Cruise Package.

Day 10: Farewell Cairo – Departure Day
